I'm (clearly) not a Moderator, so I could be wrong, but still allow me to try to explain how Newgrounds works a little, in that aspect - unlike other platforms/websites, Newgrounds has **NO** algorithm, so all the ratings and comments come from the quality you offer in your submissions. In case it's high, well... this happens.
The factor of being scouted could be of help (which is what gives you the privilege of being seen along with the other scouted artists on the Art Portal), but it's not really necessary, since the frontpages come from the taste of the Art Moderator (or Staff) who chooses it.
There you go.
Getting 4 frontpages in a row is completely impressive, though. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that until now.
My most sincere congratulations for this achievement, and keep up like that.
