How do y’all block users here? I keep getting some people giving me weird and concerning comments on my art but I don’t see a block option on their pages?

so sorry to hear that, hope you are ok
@SouSTAR Small correction - you can't block people from watching your content (i.e, watching your art, animations, music, news posts...), just from interacting with it (i.e, from leaving reviews, comments, reactions... on it, with voting on it as an exception) or else, interacting with you (i.e, from writting you a PM, or from following your profile).

Doesn't blocking someone from the Portal means blocking them from seeing your art on the portal?

The "Portals" blocking option refers to leaving reviews in your submissions, not from watching them. You can't prevent someone from watching your stuff (or voting on it).

when you receive a notification there is a gear on the top right corner of the notification for example "New art Review (gear)" then click on the gear and the last option is to block the person who did review your art
